We have a great love for Monza (ancient name Modoetia) and the Brianza, an affection that we invite you to share with a stay at our property, which preserves the authenticity of a prestigious Liberty-style Palace from the early 1900s. It has been completely renovated with an eco-sustainable approach, combining the warmth of tradition through the restoration of original elements and the taste of Modernity and Simplicity, all with Elegance and Charm.

The sumptuous palace Villa Tosati has undergone a meticulous renovation by our family, preserving the styles and graceful lines typical of the Liberty style that characterize the entire structure. This has been seamlessly combined with our philosophy of modernity and environmental sustainability.
Various measures have been implemented to reduce environmental pollution, including photovoltaic panels, heat pump, state-of-the-art fixtures, LED lighting, and the installation of electric vehicle charging stations for our guests.
