We have a great love for Monza (ancient name Modoetia) and the Brianza, an affection that we invite you to share with a stay at our property, which preserves the authenticity of a prestigious Liberty-style Palace from the early 1900s. It has been completely renovated with an eco-sustainable approach, combining the warmth of tradition through the restoration of original elements and the taste of Modernity and Simplicity, all with Elegance and Charm.

The sumptuous palace Villa Tosati has undergone a meticulous renovation by our family, preserving the styles and graceful lines typical of the Liberty style that characterize the entire structure. This has been seamlessly combined with our philosophy of modernity and environmental sustainability.

I travel to Mona often for business/ pleasure. Before Villa Tosati opened I always stayed in the highest rated hotel in this city.  From now on I will ALWAYS stay at Villa Tosati.  The rooms and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and decorated with good taste. The hosts Barbara and Luca are professional,welcoming and accomodating. The breakfast is good with some home made cakes. This is a B&B so no restaurant. Monza center is less than 10 minute walk where there are many good restaurants . Abbiamo finalmente trovato un luogo dove soggiornare a Monza con un rapporto qualità / prezzo eccellente. La casa è bellissima ed è stata tutta rinnovata da poco. Le stanze sono ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort e malgrado si affaccino sulla strada sono perfettamente insonorizzate. Abbiamo pernottato a Villa Tosati un sabato sera di febbraio.
L’edificio è molto elegante e totalmente ristrutturato. Nel cortile sono presenti parcheggi dotati di attacco per le auto elettriche.
Gli ambienti sono molto puliti e curati in ogni dettaglio. In particolare, il letto è molto comodo, l’illuminazione calda e accogliente e in stanza ci sono ottimi biscottini e cioccolatini di benvenuto.
Il bagno è grande, con finestra, dotato di un’ampia e comoda doccia e di set di prodotti da bagno molto fornito (crema per le mani, dischetti per struccarsi contenuti in eleganti contenitori, ecc.).
La colazione offre una discreta scelta di dolci fatti in casa e di pasticceria. Su richiesta, offrono anche alternative salate.
I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e solerti, ci hanno coccolati e ci hanno dato utili consigli in merito a itinerari, luoghi da visitare e posti in cui mangiare.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
